During life, especially in early childhood, situations and events can happen that can cause difficult emotions, pain, harm, and thus we create fears, which we are not completely aware.
This affect us in a way that some events do not happen, out of subconscious fear. Or we react from those repressed emotions, and not from our true being in a wrong way. And, in such a way we ``build`` our precious future?
These energy blockages stored in our body, whether they occurred during life or inherited from our ancestors, are useful lessons that serve us for growth and development if we recognize and learn them.
However, if we do not recognize them, they can become a brake to us. That is why consequential moment is we become aware of them and release them from the system of our bodies.
I witnessed to all this, I have had periods of strong anxiety and even panic attacks. Anyone who has ever been through it knows how “interesting and cheerful” it can be.
There were times when I had physical difficulty such as chest pain and heaviness, lack of energy, weak immunity and many others.
It is not a funny fact at all that some situations that we do not want are repeated until we learn the lessons.
In those situations I reacted wrongly, due to previous experiences, fears and other blockages. Some people are good and smart students, they learn lessons quickly. I was not one of them.
In the end, however, I went off the path of self-knowledge and self-growth. Hallelujah
After a few years of practicing theta healing and educating as a theta healing practitioner, out of nowhere, a method emerged, that rounded out my entire self-improvement work on as a whole.

Why? Human`s natural state is a state of peace, balance of all energy centers (chakras), a state of love, joy and deep understanding of everything and everyone.
Of course, everyone is different, and not everyone has these ambitions. A lot of people are still interested only in work that brings them material goods, such as wealth, love relationships no matter what their quality, and everything else that suits their ego. And that`s okay, that`s part of their path and growth.
